Track And Field Message to Athletes

Regardless of the setting, attitude and effort are two characteristics that I believe everyone has control over and are imperative to grasp as the foundation of their success. As an athlete you must keep a positive attitude at all times. You are what you tell yourself and subsequently you are what you hear. Positive athletes with a strong inner awareness can become self-confident, self-disciplined, and successful role models.
